At the Dawg House we know that life can happen and plans can change. We truly value every family who trust us with their pets, we work hard to reserve dedicated time and personalized care for each stay.

When a reservation is canceled on short notice, it can be difficult to fill those dates with another booking. To help us continue providing exceptional care while protecting our small business we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE

More than 10 days before your visit/stay: No Cancellation fee

9-5 days before your visit/stay: 25% of the total reservation cost.

4-3 days before your visit/stay: 50% of the total reservation cost.

48 hours or same day cancellation visit/stay: 100% of the reservation cost.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, we’ll always do our best to handle those situations with compassion and understanding whenever possible.
